Multi-award-winning graphic novelist Justin Randall is in Margaret River, Western Australia, this week for the Margaret River Readers & Writers Festival, 16 – 18 May 2014.
Randall, an internationally published and commercial artist, has garnered critical and popular acclaim for his art on multiple books.
His publications list includes work for IDW, Gestalt, Image and Simon & Shuster among others.
Randall is presenting ‘The Graphic Novel: A visual journey’ at the Margaret River Community Resource Centre on Tunbridge Street (tickets are $30 via Arts Margaret River).
Randall will also be running workshops and presentations at a number of local primary schools as part of the Young Readers & Writer’s Festival which is held over three days as part of the overall event and is expected to be attended by over 1000 students from the South West’s local primary schools.
The Margaret River Readers & Writers Festival events run over a week and culminate in a weekend full of guest author talks, workshops and an art exhibition.
