Gestalt will be official guests at OzComic-Con Perth, 1-2 April 2023! We’ll be hosting some outstanding Australian comics creators, including Gary Proudley, Wolfgang Bylsma, Justin Randall and co-founder Skye Ogden! You’ll also find our not-for-profit partner, Comics On Country right alongside us, hosting Brenton E McKenna, Scott Wilson, and Stick Mob‘s Declan Miller, Seraphina Newberry and Alyssa Mason!

Where to find us in the Comic Guests booth at OzComic-Con Perth 2023

We’re unveiling a new series at this event, with Justin Randall’s CAVITY #1 available for the first time anywhere! Justin’s work on the Changing Ways trilogy was heralded as “the finest piece of work that this country has produced in the medium” and he’s turned everything up to 11 on CAVITY, so be sure to stop by and get yourself a signed copy!

Gary Proudley will also have copies of his new book, Food/Love, available. A gastronomic experience for the heart, where memory and flavour are deliciously combined. Food/Love features stunning art by Jake Bartok, and presents an à la carte menu with each course individually selected to pair with a memory from a life well lived.

In the OzComic-Con Perth schedule, you’ll also find our panel discussion set for 10:15am on the 1st April on the Main Stage: “Making Comics: Swords & Sorcery, Super & Reluctant Heroes

For Comics On Country you’ll find writer/creator Scott Wilson representing the Indigiverse and signing copies of the newly released Dark Heart #2 alongside colour artist Justin Randall!

Stick Mob’s Declan Miller will be launching advance copies of his new book, Mixed Feelings Book 2, which just successfullly funded on Kickstarter!

Brenton McKenna will have copies of his newly released book, Hairy Holes, published by Magabala Books. Brenton will also be staging a workshop in The District at 1pm on Saturday 1st April called How To Draw A Hairy Hole: Design Your Own Cryptid!
