Gestalt is coming to Supanova Sydney! 22-23 June 2019
Gestalt Comics return to Sydney for Supanova 2019, and we are bringing some spectacular guests along with us! At the Gestalt stand in Supanova’s The Alley you will find:
Ryan Griffen
Ryan is the creator of the smash hit TV series CLEVERMAN and we are delighted to continue our creative relationship with him beyond the Cleverman comics and into an all-new series, Lustration, which features stunning artwork by James Brouwer of The Deep fame.
Katie Houghton Ward
Katie is a sensational storyteller, with her work on Khulan for Heavy Metal and Gestalt garnering tremendous critical and commercial acclaim. She has recently completed work on a Talgard story, written by Gary Proudley, which is included in our new title, Talgard: Tome One, which will be available for the first time in Sydney at Supanova!
Christian D. Read
Christian has been a professional writer since 2000. He has scripted comics for Gestalt including The Eldritch Kid, Karnak, Unmasked and more. He’s also the author of the Lark Case Files novels, the fourth of which has just been released. We will be launching the softcover edition of the new Eldritch Kid: Bone War graphic novel at Sydney Supanova with line art by Paul Mason and colours by Justin Randall!
Gary Proudley
Gary has been assistant editor on a number of Gestalt titles, including the multiple award-winning series The Deep, and his own writing credits include Proud Heart: The Love of Achilles and Talgard: Tome One, a sword and sorcery adventure series with some of Australia’s greatest comic illustrators, which will be available for the first time ever in Sydney at Supanova!
